![]() Job Posting Constituent Records Coordinator The Development Services Office of Ohio Wesleyan University is seeking candidates who are technologically sound and detail oriented for the position of Constituent Records Coordinator. The responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up to date information on all University Relations constituents, provide login assistance and support for the myOWU online alumni community, assist others with accessing constituent records as defined by departmental policies, the generation of reports, and supporting the office in other areas as needed. This position also acts as a backup for the Alumni Records Supervisor and Gift Processing Coordinator as needed. Minimum qualifications include one year data entry, strong attention to detail, self-starter, the ability to produce accurate detailed data entry, and the ability to use the Raiser’s Edge (the universities administrative software system), internet search engines, the Microsoft Office suite, and other software packages. Highly desired skills include knowledge of the Raiser’s Edge software, Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Access, and Excel), and internet search engines, as well as general office procedures. Candidate should have good organizational and communication skills; both oral and written, as well as the ability to work as a team member and independently in an educational environment. High School diploma or GED required.
