Assistant Professor, Accounting (Tenure Track)

Ohio Wesleyan University, Department of Economics invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Accounting. This is a nine-month, tenure-track position, beginning August, 2012. The successful candidate will teach six sections including Principles of Accounting (2 sections) and Federal Income Tax Accounting or Auditing, ideally both, as well as other upper division accounting courses. Additional job requirements include advising students, student clubs, participating in departmental and university activities and research or professional activities. Qualifications include a Masters Degree, CPA, professional experience, and teaching ability required. Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred.
