Part-Time Assistant Baseball Coach

Responsibilities: Duties will include but not be limited to: assisting with implementation of practice and training routines for specified athletes under direction of the Head Coach, implementation of practice and training routines for selected athletes, management of home games, assigned administrative tasks, recruiting, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a related field. A minimum of two years of competitive collegiate/high school baseball coaching and recruiting experience is required. Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, and an understanding of the Division III student-athlete philosophy is highly desired. Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the nature and goals of a liberal arts college and have the ability to work within an academic setting with a commitment to student development. Experience in a residential campus environment is strongly preferred.
