Head Men’s Golf Coach

This is a full-time, 12-month, position with a comprehensive benefits package including a generous tuition program. Anticipated starting salary will be in commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include: supervision of program, recruitment of student-athletes, scheduling, budget management, public relations, organization and administration of a nationally competitive NCAA Division III golf program that competes in the North Coast Athletic Conference. Additional duties may include teaching in the physical education activity program, and an assigned administrative duty.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree required and a master’s preferred in a related field. A minimum of three years of competitive collegiate golf coaching/recruiting or related experience is required. Budgetary and supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, and an understanding of the Division III student-athlete philosophy is highly desired. Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the nature and goals of a liberal arts college and have the ability to work within an academic setting with a commitment to student development. Experience in a residential campus environment is strongly preferred.
