![]() Job Posting Associate Registrar Ohio Wesleyan University (www.owu.edu) is a selective, private, undergraduate liberal arts, residential institution founded in 1842 and is located just 20 miles north of Columbus. Position Overview: The Associate Registrar provides a vital liaison role between the Office of the Registrar and the students at Ohio Wesleyan University. Responsibilities for the position include maintaining a degree audit system, ensuring graduates have met all degree requirements, reporting, assisting with preparations for commencement, providing back-up for other members of the team, and other duties as assigned. Major Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements: A bachelor’s degree and Registrar’s Office or equivalent university experience required. The ideal candidate will be proficient with PC’s, detail oriented, and possess an aptitude for customer service. Excellent communication skills and a strong analytical capacity required. Experience with a degree audit system and familiarity with the inner workings of a registrar’s office is preferred. The ideal candidate will be self directed and able to perform these tasks with little to no supervision once fully trained.
