Director of Information Technology

Ohio Wesleyan University invites applications for the position of Director of Information Technology. Chartered in 1842, Ohio Wesleyan is a highly selective, coeducational, residential, privately supported liberal arts college located 25 miles north of downtown Columbus in Delaware, Ohio.

Reporting to the Provost, the Director of Information Technology provides leadership and management of the ITS department ensuring all services, operations, and facilities meet the administrative, educational, and research needs for the University. The Director of IT leads efforts in strategic planning, tactical operations, and operational decision-making to fulfill the mission of the ITS organization.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, a minimum of five years higher education information technology leadership, current knowledge of educational technology, including instructional technologies, computing, and telecommunications systems and applications.
